Our commitment

We believe a clean home — and the website that helps you book one — should be within everyone’s reach. We work to ensure this site is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels throughout the site.
  • A visible “Skip to main content” link and clear keyboard focus styles.
  • Keyboard-operable menus, tabs, accordions, and multi-step forms.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
  • Respect for the user’s reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations

This is an evolving prototype. Some areas — including final form submission flows and a few embedded components — are still being refined for full screen-reader support. We are actively addressing these.
