The terms that apply when you use the Brightly website and book our cleaning services.
Using our site
By accessing this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services.
Bookings & estimates
Estimates provided online or by phone are non-binding and may be adjusted after we assess the size and condition of your home. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. There are no long-term contracts — you may book one-time or recurring service.
Pricing & payment
Prices depend on the service selected, home size, frequency, and any add-ons. Payment is due upon completion of each visit unless otherwise agreed. Recurring plans receive the discounted rate shown at booking.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a fee to cover our pro’s reserved time.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee is our commitment to quality and does not limit your other rights.
Liability
Brightly is bonded and insured. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Please secure valuables and notify us of fragile or high-value items in advance.
